How to add a Router to your account
After buying, add your router to the **My Routers** page to track its device type, activation date, expiry and renew when needed. You must **log in** first.

Open "My Routers" & click "Add device"
Log in, go to Account → My Routers. Click "Add device" to add a router you bought (by its Wifi name).

Enter the exact Wifi name of your router
Enter the exact Wifi name your router broadcasts (the name you set when buying/setup) in field (1), then click "Add" (2). The Wifi name is the key the system uses to identify your router.

View info & renew your router
Your router appears in the list with its device type, activation date and expiry date. When needed, click "Renew" right on the router card to extend it quickly.
Frequently asked questions
- Where is the Wifi name from?
- It is the Wifi network name your router broadcasts — you set it when ordering (see the [buy-router guide](/huong-dan/mua-router)). It must be entered **exactly** to add the device.
- Why add the router?
- To track the **expiry**, get renewal reminders and **renew quickly** from your account — no manual contact needed.
