Data we collect

When you order we collect your name, phone, email and shipping address to process and deliver the order. For the proxy service, minimal connection metadata may be logged to prevent abuse.

Payments

Payments are made via VietQR/bank transfer (SePay partner) or COD. We do NOT store card numbers. Transactions are reconciled by transfer content (order code).

Retention & deletion

Order data is kept per accounting requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data via our support channels.
