How to request a router re-setup

When you **change your network setup** (new modem, ISP…), the router needs to be **reconfigured**. The **Re-setup** page lets you request it by Wifi name and pay the fee. You must **log in** first.

    Open Re-setup & enter your Wifi name

    On the menu, click "Re-setup". Enter your exact Wifi name and click "Check" — the system shows your router info (type, expiry date).

    Review the fee & pay

    Review the re-setup fee (Vietnamese UI: 1,000,000₫ via VietQR; English UI: $50 via crypto), then click "Pay — …" to send the request.
