How to update your account info

The My Account page lets you update your personal details and change your password. This guide walks you through it. You must log in first.

    Open "My account"

    Log in, click your account name at the top right, then choose "My account" to open /account.

    Update your profile

    Edit your full name, phone number, full shipping address & country, Facebook and Telegram (FB/TG optional, for faster support), then click "Save changes".

    Change your password

    Enter your current password, new password and confirm the new password, then click "Change password".

Frequently asked questions

Which details should I keep updated?

Your name, phone and address (for correct router delivery) and Facebook/Telegram (for fast support when needed).

Forgot your current password?

Log out and use the password-recovery guide to reset it via email.
