If you forgot your password, you can reset it yourself via your registered email — no support needed.

Open the Forgot-password page
On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field (or open routersocks5.net/forgot directly).

Enter your registered email
Enter the exact email you used when registering your account.

Click "Send reset link"
The system sends an email containing a password-reset link to your inbox.

Set a new password
Open the email from RouterSocks5 (check Spam/Promotions), click the reset link → enter your new password twice → click Reset. The system logs you in automatically.
