How to manage your Proxy
The Rented proxies page holds every detail and action for your proxy. This guide explains each field one by one so you can use the proxy effectively. You must log in first.
- 01
Open "Rented proxies"
Log in, click your account name at the top right, then choose "Rented proxies" to open /account/proxy.
- 02
Port, status & current IP
At the top is the Port with its active status, the proxy's current IP and its country/city (e.g. Yonkers, US). This is the live exit IP the proxy uses to reach the Internet.
- 03
Rotate the proxy IP
Reset IP switches to a new IP the moment you click it. Copy IP-change link gives you a private URL — calling that link (in a browser or your software) rotates the IP automatically without opening this page.
- 04
Signature — spoof an OS
The Signature option lets you pick a spoofed operating system (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS…). Match it to the OS you actually use so the network fingerprint (TTL, etc.) matches your device and avoids being flagged as a proxy.
- 05
Username & Password (edit + Save)
The Username & Password are your proxy login. You can edit them and click Save. ⚠️ The password must use letters and numbers only — no accents or special characters.
- 06
Credentials — two connection strings
The Credentials section gives two strings in the form `socks5://user:password@host:port`: one using the direct IP (e.g. 104.131.164.187), one using the domain `socks5.routersocks5.net` (more stable when the IP changes). Click Copy on the one you need and paste it into your software/antidetect browser.
- 07
Proxy Access Key
The Proxy Access Key is the key used by the RouterSocks5 manager software (to connect & control the proxy from the app). Click Copy to grab it. (Different from the Credentials string used for a direct connection.)
- 08
Plan, time & traffic
At the bottom: Plan (your current plan, e.g. USA 5G Verizon Unlimited, 30 days); Time with the activation moment, expiry date and days remaining; and remaining Traffic (∞ means unlimited bandwidth).
- 09
Renew your proxy
When it is about to expire (see the Time section), renew the proxy to keep the same port & settings and avoid any interruption.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between "Reset IP" and the "IP-change link"?
Reset IP changes the IP once when you click it. The IP-change link is a URL you call yourself (manually or from your software) to rotate the IP automatically anytime.
- Where do I use the connection string?
Paste the socks5://… string (or IP:port:user:password) into your antidetect browser, software or any device that needs to route through the proxy.
- Proxy about to expire?
Renew it on the Rented proxies page to keep the same port and avoid interruption.
